Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per transaction. This applies to phones, tablets, laptops, and spare parts. For very high-value individual units or specialist lots, contact us directly to discuss.

There is no upper limit. We regularly purchase lots of 1,000 to 10,000+ units and can handle container-volume shipments. Large-volume sellers are very welcome — volume is our speciality.

Yes — all grades from A to E. We buy Grade A working devices, Grade B and C with cosmetic wear, Grade D with significant damage, Grade E heavily damaged units, and BER (Beyond Economic Repair) stock. No condition is too low.

Yes. BER (Beyond Economic Repair) devices are a core part of our buying portfolio. Even completely dead devices contain components with recoverable value — logic boards, camera modules, screens, housings. Do not dispose of BER stock before getting a price from us.

Yes. We are specialist buyers of activation-locked devices across all lock types. This includes iCloud locked, MDM locked, FRP locked, and carrier locked devices. Locked devices have strong parts reclamation value and we price them fairly.

Yes — all three. iCloud Activation Lock (Apple), MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock from corporate fleet returns, and FRP (Factory Reset Protection) on Android devices. These are all actively purchased by our team. Simply note the lock type in your stocklist.

Yes. We buy iPads, Samsung Galaxy Tabs, Huawei tablets, MacBooks, Windows business laptops (ThinkPad, EliteBook, XPS), and smart watches including Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. All conditions accepted.

Yes. We purchase LCD and OLED screen assemblies, PCB and logic boards, camera modules, batteries, charging ports, flex cables, housing frames, and mixed component lots. Service centres and parts wholesalers are welcome.

For most standard lots, we respond with per-unit pricing the same business day. Complex or very large lots may take up to 24 hours. The fastest way to get a price is to send a well-structured Excel stocklist with full details via WhatsApp.

Payment is processed after receipt and inspection of your stock at our Hong Kong facility. We confirm quantities and verify condition against your declared stocklist, then initiate payment. We use bank transfer (TT/SWIFT). Payment terms are agreed in advance of shipment. We do not hold payment without reason — fast payment is part of our value proposition.

We inspect all incoming stock against the declared stocklist. If there are material discrepancies in grade, quantity, or fault descriptions, we will discuss requoting with you before proceeding. Transparent, accurate stocklists lead to the smoothest transactions.

Yes. We work with established freight partners experienced in used electronics shipments and can recommend trusted forwarders for air, sea, and express courier. We handle inbound logistics from Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. We can advise on packaging, customs documentation, and IATA-compliant lithium battery shipping.

Yes. We offer optional certified data erasure for sellers who require it for GDPR, corporate IT disposal, or regulatory compliance. A certificate of data destruction is provided upon completion. Mention data wiping when you send your stocklist and we will include it in the arrangement.
