1. Website Use

This website is operated by HK Saitong Telecommunication Limited and is provided for informational purposes to prospective B2B sellers of used mobile devices, spare parts, and related electronics. All content published on this website is the property of HK Saitong Telecommunication Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

2. Nature of Our Service

HK Saitong is a wholesale bulk buyer of used, faulty, locked, and end-of-life mobile devices and components. We operate exclusively on a B2B basis. We do not sell to consumers, operate a retail shop, or provide repair or warranty services. All transactions are conducted between registered businesses.

3. Pricing Indications and Quotes

Any pricing indication, per-unit offer, or lot price communicated via WhatsApp or other channel constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to physical receipt and inspection of the declared stock at our Hong Kong facility. Pricing is based on the grade, condition, lock status, quantity, and fault descriptions provided in the seller's stocklist. Final pricing is confirmed following inspection and verification of incoming stock against the declared stocklist.

4. Minimum and Maximum Volumes

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per transaction. We have no maximum order limit and regularly handle lots of 1,000 to 10,000+ units. Orders below the stated minimum may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Seller Obligations and Stock Accuracy

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their stocklists and the condition of goods shipped. Material discrepancies between declared stock (grade, quantity, lock status, fault type) and actual received stock may result in requoting of the affected units or return of non-conforming items at the seller's cost and risk. Sellers warrant that they have clear legal title to all goods sold and that the goods are not subject to any liens, encumbrances, or legal proceedings.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made by bank transfer (TT/SWIFT) following receipt and inspection of stock at our facility. Specific payment timelines are agreed in writing prior to each shipment. HK Saitong does not accept payment disputes arising from stocklist inaccuracies or condition misrepresentation. Payment disputes must be raised within 5 business days of payment completion.

7. Logistics and Risk

Where logistics services are coordinated through our partner network, terms and costs are agreed separately per shipment. Risk of loss and damage to goods remains with the seller until physical receipt at our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend all shipments are covered by appropriate cargo insurance.

8. Data Wiping Services

Where certified data erasure is requested, HK Saitong will perform or arrange data wiping in accordance with recognised standards and provide a certificate of data destruction. Data wiping services are subject to separate agreement and pricing. HK Saitong accepts no liability for any data remaining on devices where data wiping was not explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.

9. Licensed Status

HK Saitong Telecommunication Limited holds a Radio Dealer Licence issued in Hong Kong and operates as a fully registered and compliant import and trading business. All procurement, processing, and logistics activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HK Saitong's liability in connection with any transaction shall be limited to the agreed purchase price of the goods in question. HK Saitong shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from any transaction or from the use of this website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
